Flag Football

Flag Football kicks off in the fall. The season consist of 5 clinics, held on Sunday early afternoons in the Bay Shore School District (mostly at the High School).   While on the field, all athletes will have a buddy to help them develop their skills, and ensure they are having fun. Each clinic will consist of calisthenics, drills and live simulated game situations. Most importantly these activities are in played in a non-competitive, non-contact and fun environment.  Registration opens in March.  All equipment will be provided.
